We are delivering the orders using domestic services and courier services well known over the world.

If you have chosen Standard Delivery during checkout, we will send your package through the national courier service. Depending on the country of residence, the package will be delivered by USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, or the national postal services operating in your country. The delivery time for such shipments varies and depends on the country:

  • In Europe, packages are delivered within 5-15 business days. Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Romania take 5-10 days, while France, the UK, and Spain take approximately 10-15 days. The shipment can be tracked at every stage of the journey.
  • For deliveries to the United States, USPS typically takes 9-18 business days for package delivery. The shipment can be tracked at every stage of the journey.
  • To Canada and other countries in the Americas, shipments are delivered within 2-4 weeks. Tracking the shipment may be challenging at certain stages due to a lack of updates from local services.
  • To Australia and Asia, shipments are delivered within 2-5 weeks. Tracking the shipment may be challenging at certain stages due to a lack of updates from local services.

If you have chosen Express Delivery, the shipment will be sent via UPS or DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email and phone, and on the courier’s websites, you can manage the shipment (change delivery method or address).

For European countries, shipments are delivered within 3-6 business days.
To the USA and Canada, shipments are delivered within 4-8 business days.
Shipments to Asia and Australia are not delivered via UPS and DHL due to very high shipping costs. In this case, each shipment will be individually priced.

We are not responsible for delays in the delivery of the shipment that are not caused by our fault. In case of issues such as loss or return of the package without prior receipt, we guarantee assistance in resolving the problems.
