FAQ – questions from you that we meet most often. We answer them all in one place so that you can find out all informations at any time 🙂
How long will I have to wait for my order? We run production on an ongoing basis, trying to anticipate what you want to order. We don’t want to create something unnecessarily that we have to throw away later. We have a small inventory, but usually when you order products they are fresh and fragrant, often made especially for you. We try to send orders within 48 hours of ordering. In the event of any delay, we will inform you about it.
Are the toys safe for my child? We are obliged to certify all our toys with the European CE Certificate. Therefore, as a manufacturer, we must first of all bear in mind the safety of the child. Toys are free from hazardous chemicals and are designed not to present any danger.
What does it mean that your toys are eco-friendly? Our toys are made with the least environmental impact. We do not produce any excess that needs to be disposed of. We only use natural products – wood, oils, water-based paints that do not pollute the environment. We do not use boards that emit harmful formaldehyde. We try to use any waste generated in the production processes to create new toys or we design new ones that are the result of the production of others. The waste that we can no longer use is sent to special points that deal with the processing of biodegradable waste – so our toys are the base to create biofuel, etc. In addition, we do not use plastic in the packaging process. You get the toys in recycled cardboard boxes, sealed with paper tape with biodegradable adhesives. We use paper (also recycled) as fillers. Occasionally, we use bubble wrap, but never a new one – only one that somehow got into our hands; all this to give a second life to what others throw away.
Are the toys manufactured only in Poland? Yes. All our toys are manufactured in Poland directly by us. Each ingredient is also purchased in Poland or the European Union from reliable suppliers and does not come from mass production, e.g. in China. Our goal is to support and develop Polish industry.
Will I find your toys in some other store? Not at the moment. You can only buy our toys directly from us in our online store or through Etsy.
Can I return the toy after purchase? Of course, according to Polish law, you are entitled to a 14-day return without giving any reason. Let us know, send the toy back and that’s it 🙂 Remember that it should be in an intact condition.
Why is my toy different from the picture? We produce toys by hand. Each toy passes through our hands and is individually produced with attention to every detail. This makes each of them a matrix that reflects the imperfection of our hands. Each one is unique, but very similar to a pattern. Moreover, each toy, being made of wood, contains an element of nature. Nature does not like repetition, so this piece of nature that is in this toy is a unique work of nature, and therefore different from the photo on offer 🙂
